Proper Handling and Maintenance
The knife is supplied with a practical plastic sheath and a metal ball chain. To draw the knife, simply grip it firmly and pull downwards with a sharp tug. The jimping on the spine of the blade provides perfect thumb support, ensuring a precise and safe cut. The 440 stainless steel is very low-maintenance and highly resistant to corrosion. Nevertheless, we recommend wiping the blade dry after contact with moisture, fruit, or aggressive substances. The plastic sheath can be easily rinsed with water if it gets dirty.

Use the knife with the utmost caution as a serious utility or outdoor tool. The ball chain also serves a vital safety function – under extreme tension (e.g., snagging on a branch), it is designed to snap to prevent the risk of strangulation. If you choose to replace the chain with a strong paracord lanyard, exercise extreme caution, as paracord will not break under tension.
