The design of this vessel draws inspiration from the famous military fuel container (the so-called Jerrycan), which was developed in the 1930s and, thanks to its absolutely brilliant and robust construction, became an indispensable part of logistics during the Second World War. The miniature in the form of this hip flask adopts the most iconic elements of its large predecessor – from the typical cross-shaped pressing on the sides, which historically served to reinforce the walls and allow fuel expansion, to the characteristic triple top handle. Proper Care for Stainless Steel
To ensure this novelty flask serves you reliably for many years and your beverage retains its pure and perfect flavour, proper maintenance is strictly required. Before the very first use, thoroughly rinse it out with warm water and a drop of mild washing-up liquid, then leave it to dry completely. Strictly avoid washing it in a dishwasher; harsh chemicals could damage the polished surface and the cap seal. Wash the flask by hand only. The vessel is intended exclusively for pure spirits. An important rule among experienced travellers is: never leave alcohol inside the flask for more than three days. Prolonged storage could cause the spirit to take on an unwanted metallic aftertaste.
