Care and Maintenance
To maintain the mirror finish of your goblet, wash it by hand only with mild soap and water, and dry it thoroughly immediately. Never put it in the dishwasher. If the brass loses its shine or develops spots over time, you can use a brass polish. For minor spots, the ketchup trick works: apply a small amount to the affected area, let it sit for a moment, and wipe it off with a damp cloth.
IMPORTANT: Before each use, check for any greenish-blue spots inside the goblet. This could be poisonous verdigris. If you find any, do not drink from the goblet and clean it thoroughly until the spots are gone.
