This leather hand and forearm guard is ideal for archers. Right-handers wear the protector on their left arm, which is more likely to be hit by the bowstring once the arrow has flown out. The guard covers the forearm, the entire wrist and part of the palm. A thumb can be inserted through the opening and when the guard is laced tight, it cannot accidentally move on the forearm. A strong leather strap is pulled through metal eyelets. So lacing is very easy.
