It is 27 cm long with a 2.6 cm wide blade and has a genuine cow horn handle riveted to the blade tang with brass rivets. The blade is made of 3.5 mm thick stainless steel. The blade is not very sharp, but can be easily sharpened, for example with the help of one of our whetstones (recommended grit max. 1000).
