• The blade is made of high quality stainless steel type 420 with a hardness of 53-55HRc.
• The back of the blade is slightly sloping to the tip and is grounded to two thirds of the length.
• The completely classic curvature of the blade into the tip to the dorsal side facilitates cutting just by the tip of the knife.
