1740 Potsdam Musket

Our authentic reproduction features all of the attributes of this extraordinary weapon. The hardwood stock has a short comb and an inlayed thumbpiece. Brass hardware, nosecap, and serpentine sideplate build a beautiful contrast with the walnut stained stock. The German style is unmistakable. Especially the heavy ramrod is inimitable German.

Our flintlock replicas are intended for decoration or re-enactment only. In compliance with local, national and international firearms regulations, the muzzle has not been drilled, so the weapon is not functional. An expert gunsmith may alter this musket to a firing state by drilling the muzzle. However, we are not to be held legally responsible for any potential modification from its present nonfiring state.
