Dark Stiletto Folding Knife with Titanium Blade and Pakkawood Handle
Historical Context and the Evolution of Stiletto Daggers
The shape of this knife is directly derived from the historical dagger known as the stiletto. This weapon, featuring a very narrow and pointed blade, originated in Italy during the transition from the Middle Ages to the Renaissance. Originally, it was primarily used to pierce through chainmail or the narrow gaps in plate armour of that era. Later, it became a highly popular backup and defensive weapon in the dark, narrow streets of Italian cities. Our folding knife adopts this slender and elegant silhouette but transforms it into a modern and practical tool. Furthermore, the dark titanium finish and Pakkawood composite scales give the knife a very modern, almost tactical edge.

How to Properly Care for Your Knife
To ensure your knife serves you reliably for a long time and retains its dark, elegant appearance, proper care is essential. Although the titanium-coated 420 steel blade is highly resistant to corrosion, we still recommend wiping it down with a damp cloth and drying it completely after use. The backlock mechanism and the pivot point should occasionally be lubricated with a single drop of high-quality gun oil for a smooth operation. The Pakkawood handle scales are highly resistant to moisture due to their resin impregnation during manufacturing, but an occasional application of light wood wax will do them good. Under no circumstances should this product be washed in a dishwasher, as aggressive chemicals would cause irreversible damage.
Safety and Proper Usage
This knife is supplied with a sharp edge. It is intended strictly as a practical cutting tool for everyday tasks, such as opening parcels or cutting ropes, or as a beautiful collector's item. For safety reasons, we must warn you that this is not a weapon intended for historical fencing, martial arts training, LARP, or any form of person-to-person contact combat. When closing the knife, be especially careful and ensure your fingers are well clear of the blade's path. Please remember that all handling of the knife is done entirely at your own risk.
Recommended Accessories for Your Knife
For very comfortable and, most importantly, safe everyday carry of this knife, we recommend purchasing a high-quality leather belt pouch. To maintain a perfect, razor-sharp edge, a compact ceramic sharpener or a pocket whetstone is an excellent addition. You can easily pack it into your travel gear, as it takes up almost no space.
