Knife Care and Safety Guidelines
Although stainless steel is very low-maintenance, to maintain the smooth operation of the mechanism, we recommend drying the knife after it gets wet. Occasionally apply a small drop of fine gun oil to the springy parts of the buckle. You can easily revive the edge using a pocket ceramic sharpener or a fine whetstone.

When removing and especially when snapping the knife back into the frame, exercise maximum caution to prevent accidental finger cuts. For safety reasons, this tool is not intended for contact fencing, combat training, or any forms of self-defence; it is strictly a utility and working tool. Furthermore, avoid prying, opening cans, or chopping hard objects, as this would irreversibly damage the edge or the locking mechanism.
