The shipping is calculated according to the overall weight of the items in your shopping cart. You will see the exact amount when proceeding to the checkout before order your final confirmation. It means that you can still decide whether to buy or not. Customers from outside the EU will be automatically charged no 21% VAT after a non-EU shipping address has been input.

At such orders you may choose whether we should divide your order or not. If you wish so (in-stock items to be shipped immediately), you will be charged extra shipping charges for that. If you can wait (all items will be shipped together in one package), you will pay just one shipping charge.

Yes it is, but we have to distinguish two cases: (1) The item is in stock: Please make your order 1-2 working days before you want to receive it and register your hotel as a delivery address. (2) The item is NOT in stock: Please make your ASAP and note into the comment of the order the date it should be delivered. Please inform the hotel reception, so that they do not refuse to accept your shipment.

During the checkout process, you can tick off the following selection on the shipping selection page: "Divide my order and ship immediately in-stock items." If selected, items that were in stock at the moment of the order will be shipped immediately, and the rest later in the second shipment.

We are sorry, but due to capacity reasons, we cannot store orders for more than 7 days. If necessary, the storage time of the shipment can be extended with the selected shipping service.

The return address is Wellcrafted s.r.o., Golovinova 1709, 43201 Kadan, Czech Republic. Do not forget to include the order revocation or at least your contact details so that we can identify the order.

If the goods are in stock, we usually dispatch them the next working day. If the goods are not in stock, there is also a provisional stocking date. Occasionally we will receive goods earlier than the scheduled stock date, but occasionally there are delays. Please understand these dates as indicative and preliminary.

In the first place please make sure you are ordering goods in stock, then we can ship the order immediately. For express shipments we recommend DHL Express, FedEx and PPL courier service. We ship orders on weekdays before 11am the same day, otherwise the next working day.

The e-shop app evaluates by itself how many packages the order will be shipped in. If the ordered goods are too heavy or large, the order must be divided into several packages. For this reason, the store offers you chargeable shipping, in fact you get free shipping for the first package from us and only the other packages are charged.

The availability of goods is always indicated on the respective product page. There you can see either "In stock + quantity" or "On order" + "Provisional dispatch date" if ordered now. If you want to limit your selection to products in stock, we recommend that you click on the "In stock" filter on the left-hand side in the " Narrow your Results" column.

Unfortunately it is impossible since the Brexit. We can still ship costumes, boots, plate armour etc. to the UK. Anything that can be considered as a dangerous item (weapon) by the customs, can be confiscated.
