Knives for youngsters
The knife is one of the oldest tools ever used by man. The initial mention of the knife is from the Paleolithic period, it was a stone knife. In the period around 5,000 BC, man learned to extract and machine metals, so bronze and copper began to be used to make knives. During the Iron Age, steel knives slowly began to push out bronze knives.
