Returning Your Order
If an item doesn't fit or you wish to withdraw from the purchase for any other reason, you, as a consumer, have the right to cancel the contract within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.

How to Return Your Item(s)
To make the process as smooth as possible, please follow these steps:
- Complete the Return Form: Fill out the form provided at the bottom of this page. While using our form is not mandatory, any written declaration you provide must be clear.
- Include the Form with Your Return: It's very important to place your completed return form inside the package. This allows us to identify your return quickly and correctly.
- Pack the Item(s) Securely: Please send the items back undamaged and unworn, in suitable packaging to prevent damage during transit.

Important Shipping Advice
- Always send your return as an insured parcel.
- Keep the tracking number safe so you can trace the shipment if needed.
- Please remember you are responsible for the item(s) until they arrive with us.
Please Note: We do not accept cash-on-delivery shipments. Any such parcels will be refused and returned to you at your own expense.
Refunds
We will issue your refund as soon as we have received the returned goods or once you provide proof of shipment. The processing of your return typically takes no more than 5 working days after we receive the package.
- Paid by Credit Card or PayPal: Your refund will be automatically credited to the account you originally used for the purchase.
- Paid by Bank Transfer: Please provide your bank details (IBAN) on the return form so we can transfer the amount back to you.
Important Information for Customers Outside the EU
To ensure a smooth customs process and avoid extra charges, please follow these instructions carefully:
- Enclose a copy of the original purchase invoice from our store inside the package.
- The sender's name on the parcel must match the buyer's name on the invoice.
- Ensure all customs declaration forms are filled out correctly, marking the package as "Returned Goods" to prevent import duties.
If these conditions are not met, any additional customs fees or VAT charged to us by the authorities will be deducted from your refund amount.
