Durable Fiberglass Arrow Camo 26" for Recreational Archery
An Indestructible Workhorse for Your Training
While historical wooden arrows have their charm, fiberglass is king when it comes to the price-to-performance ratio for normal practice in the garden. The shaft of this arrow is made from a hollow fiberglass tube with an outer diameter of approx. 6.9 mm. This gives it sufficient stiffness for precise flight, but also high mechanical resilience. The surface finish in a "Camo" design (forest camouflage) gives the arrow a hunting look, even though it is designed primarily for target shooting.
The arrow is fitted with a blunt metal "bullet" point, which is fitted over the shaft (cap type). This shape is gentle on target faces and is easy to pull out of the boss. The vanes (fletching) are made of flexible plastic in a combination of yellow and red. Unlike natural feathers, plastic vanes do not flatten in the rain and maintain a constant shape, guaranteeing consistent flight characteristics. The nock is plastic and is firmly glued to the end of the shaft.

Safety and Maintenance
Although fiberglass is very durable, safety principles must be followed. Visually inspect the arrow before every shot and flex it slightly to check for any longitudinal cracks in the shaft. If you hear creaking or see fraying fibres, discard the arrow immediately – it could shatter upon release and injure you. Never shoot at hard objects (walls, trees, stones), as this risks damaging the point and the shaft.
Important Warning: Never shoot into the air or into open space. The arrow can fly for hundreds of yards and cause serious injury upon impact. Always have a safe backstop or netting behind your target. For the long life of the arrow, I recommend using quality foam or straw target bosses.
