Hip Flask with Embossed Squares

Are you looking for an accessory that combines modern geometric design with classic elegance? This hip flask is not just an ordinary container for alcohol, but a stylish piece that will warm both your body and soul. Its surface catches the eye with a combination of finely brushed steel and polished elements. The dominant feature is a vertical strip decorated with embossed squares, which intersects with a horizontal polished band. This detail not only looks great but also improves grip, so the flask won't slip even when you're wearing gloves. It is the ideal companion for the mountains, fishing, or as a tasteful gift for a best man or friend. Further product information ...

Stainless Steel Hip Flask with Embossed Squares, 7 oz

Functionality in an Elegant Guise

The body of the flask is made of high-quality stainless steel, which is durable and hygienic. The volume of approx. 200 ml (approx. 7 oz) provides you with a sufficient supply of your favorite spirit to toast with friends. The shape is ergonomically curved (kidney type) to follow the silhouette of the body and not press uncomfortably in a jacket or trouser pocket. Naturally, it features a captive top (hinged mechanism) that is firmly connected to the neck, so you don't have to worry about losing the cap in the grass or snow. The smooth areas outside the decoration are also suitable for potential engraving of a monogram.

A Bit of History

Pocket flasks experienced their greatest boom in the USA during Prohibition in the 1920s (the ban on alcohol began in 1920). Back then, they served to discreetly hide banned alcohol directly on the body. Today, we no longer need to hide, but the hip flask remains a symbol of gentlemanly readiness and hospitality. Offering a friend a sip to warm up is an old custom that strengthens relationships.

Care and Maintenance

To ensure the flask serves you for many years, follow these principles:

  • Suitable Content: Intended exclusively for pure spirits (whiskey, vodka, brandy, rum, gin).
  • Unsuitable Content: Never fill it with carbonated drinks, acidic juices (e.g., citrus), or cream liqueurs. Acids and sugars could damage the inner surface or spoil inside.
  • Cleaning: Wash by hand only in warm water, do not use aggressive detergents, and definitely do not put it in the dishwasher.
  • Storage: Do not leave alcohol in it for more than 3 days to prevent it from acquiring a metallic taste. Let it dry open after washing.
