Never dry the costume in a tumble dryer or in direct sunlight. Ironing must be done very carefully from the reverse side at the lowest temperature. Please exercise extreme caution near an open flame – the synthetic fibres of the satin can melt, and genuine cotton velvet is a highly flammable material!
