Maintenance and Safety Advice

However, strictly avoid using classic fountain pen ink or watercolours – due to the high absorbency of the handmade paper, the colours may bleed and ruin your entries.

Do not expose the journal to open flames or high temperatures, as the leather may crack and the paper could ignite. Handle the leather strap with care; excessive tension may cause it to break.
