Finnish Knife Brisa Polar Puukko 77 | Curly Birch & Carbon Steel
Traditional Design Meets High Performance
At the heart of this knife is a blade made from 80CrV2 high carbon steel. Known for its incredible toughness and edge retention, this steel is a favourite among bushcrafters. The blade features a traditional Scandi grind, which is exceptional for wood carving and easy to sharpen in the field. The dark scale finish on the flats gives the knife a rugged, hand-forged look while offering some protection to the steel.
The handle is crafted from genuine Curly Birch (Masur Birch), famous for its marble-like grain pattern. Brass bolsters and pommel caps, accented with black fibre spacers, add a touch of elegance. The barrel-shaped handle is ergonomically designed to fill the hand comfortably, ensuring a secure grip even during extended use.
