440B Stainless Steel and Indestructible G10 Composite

The high-quality blade of this model is forged from proven 440B stainless steel. This steel, with a higher carbon content, offers an absolutely superb compromise between edge retention, wear resistance, and excellent corrosion resistance. The handle scales are made from the modern composite material G10 in an eye-catching blue shade with a fine texture. G10 is a high-pressure laminate composed of layers of fibreglass bonded with epoxy resin. It is extremely lightweight, mechanically almost indestructible, does not absorb water, and provides a slip-free grip even in wet hands, guaranteeing safe handling in any situation.

Smooth Ball-Bearing Action and Reliable Lock

Opening the knife is very easy and intuitive thanks to the practical triangular thumb hole in the blade. Furthermore, the blade pivots on precision ball bearings, ensuring an exceptionally smooth, fluid, and fast action without any unpleasant friction. Once opened, the blade is uncompromisingly secured by the proven Linerlock mechanism, which prevents accidental closure of the knife during work. To maintain flawless operation, we recommend occasionally blowing out the pivot bearing with compressed air and adding a micro-drop of high-quality Teflon or silicone knife oil.

Crucial Safety Warning

Although this is a knife of very compact dimensions, always bear in mind that it comes from the factory extremely sharp! Exercise heightened caution when disengaging the Linerlock and subsequently closing the blade to avoid cutting your fingers. Store the knife in a safe place well out of the reach of children.

Recommended Accessories for Your EDC

To keep the razor edge in perfect condition, we highly recommend purchasing a small pocket sharpener or a ceramic honing rod. A high-quality preservation oil, which you can find in our maintenance range, will also be excellent for lubricating the bearings and protecting the blade.
