Writing on and Caring for Parchment

• Storage: Keep your parchment flat, in a dry, dark place to prevent it from becoming brittle or yellowing in the sun.
• Handling: Try to touch the surface as little as possible, as oils from your hands can affect how the ink is absorbed.
• Important Note: Never fold parchment over a sharp edge, as it could crack. If you need to roll it, do so very gently into a roll with a large diameter.
