The shape of the head clearly references historical war hammers, such as the bec de corbin (raven's beak) or the Lucerne hammer. In history, these weapons were primarily designed to pierce and crush the heavy plate armour of knights. Today, this proven design returns as a multifunctional tool. Its purpose is no longer to fight armoured cavalry, but to overcome obstacles in inaccessible terrain and serve as the ultimate survival tool in extreme conditions.

Practical Use and Safety Instructions

This tactical tool serves you on two main levels. Thanks to a total length of nearly one metre (approx. 37.36 inches) and the rubber foot at the end of the shaft, it functions as an excellent and stable walking stick for navigating demanding terrain. The head itself serves as a comfortable handle. When needed, the tool transforms into a very effective demolition and striking implement. The square striking surface is ideal for driving tent pegs or breaking glass and wood. The curved spike on the back reliably serves for prying or piercing hard materials.

Important safety warning: The tool is equipped with a sharp spike and edges. Although inspired by historical weapons, for safety reasons, it is a tool completely unsuitable for practical use in contact fencing, man-to-man combat, HEMA fencing, or re-enactment battles. Always wear protective goggles and gloves when using it to destroy obstacles. Do not throw the tool and avoid striking extremely hard materials such as steel beams or solid concrete, which could cause material splintering and serious injury.

Maintenance for Longevity

To ensure the tool serves you long and reliably, dedicate some basic care to it. Although the steel head is made of 2Cr13 stainless steel, we recommend wiping it dry after every use in a wet environment and occasionally rubbing it lightly with a preservative oil. Regularly check the tightness of the metal screws that connect the head to the fibreglass-reinforced nylon shaft. Do not use aggressive chemicals for cleaning, which could damage the matte black finish.
