Knife Maintenance and Recommended Accessories

Although the knife is highly durable thanks to the titanium coating and stainless steel, it requires basic care to maintain its flawless operation. When dirty, wipe the blade with a soft, damp cloth and dry it. Strictly avoid using abrasive grinding pastes, which could irreversibly damage the titanium layer. To keep the opening action smooth and lightning-fast, we recommend occasionally applying a drop of high-quality silicone or Teflon oil directly to the centre pivot and the spring mechanism. To maintain a biting edge, we highly recommend purchasing a small pocket diamond or ceramic sharpener.
