The removable vented lid allows you to regulate the temperature. There is also a removable handle for easy carrying.The grill is coated with a protective layer of oil to prevent corrosion. This can be easily removed with oil remover or a dry cloth. Build a large fire in the grill before you prepare food in it for the first time.
