Construction and Practical Use
The foundation of this practical knife is a blade made of the popular 440 stainless steel, which is renowned for its good corrosion resistance and ability to hold an edge even with frequent use. The entire surface of the tool is blackened, which not only prevents unwanted reflections but also provides additional protection for the metal. The operation is very intuitive – by pressing the side locks, the blade detaches from the main body, which you can wear permanently around your neck using a paracord lanyard or attach to your gear.
The History of Neck Knives
The concept of a knife worn around the neck (the so-called neck knife) is by no means an invention of modern times. Its roots go deep into the history of the indigenous peoples of North America and the Nordic tribes of Europe, who needed to have a small working tool with them at all times, often as a backup to their main weapon. This concept of a small knife that doesn't get in the way on a belt but is instantly accessible at chest level was later successfully adapted by military special forces and wilderness survival enthusiasts.

Knife Care and Safety Warnings
To ensure this EDC knife serves you reliably for as long as possible, we recommend keeping it clean. After use, especially in damp environments, wipe the blade and buckle mechanism dry and occasionally treat it with a drop of fine gun oil. The edge geometry can be easily restored using a pocket ceramic sharpener.
Please keep in mind that despite its small size, the blade is very sharp from the factory. For safety reasons, this product is not intended for contact fencing, hand-to-hand combat, or as a primary weapon. It is a practical working tool. Exercise extreme caution when snapping the blade back into the handle to avoid injuring your fingers. Also, avoid prying or chopping hard materials, which could lead to chipping the edge or damaging the locking mechanism.
