Rounded Steel Scales for Scale Armour, 100 pieces

These are universally shaped steel scales for making scale armour (lamellar armour) from antiquity to the Renaissance. These are not historical replicas, so they can be used to make a variety of scale armour not only for historical re-enactments, but also for LARP and cosplay. The scales are made from 1mm mild steel. Each scale is approx. 26x40 mm in size. The holes drilled in the scales are approx. 4 mm in diameter.

Please note: Since the scales are only slightly oiled and untreated, slight corrosion may appear on some pieces. Any rust can easily be removed with cleaning rubber or cleaning wool. The finish is not polished. Slight scratches on the surface are common.
