Pistol crossbows are used by the Peruvian army, Brazilian Special Forces and elite units U.S. Army. Special kinds of arrows with the points containing explosives are used by some Army units. These arrows are renowned thanks to Hollywood film production (e.g. movie Rambo). Pistol crossbows are used by Serbian army in Europe.
