This leg armour is made after the museum original known as "Avant" armour, now part of a collection at the Glasgow Museum.

Specifications:

  • fluted edges
  • closed thigh and calves
  • completely hand-hammered from carbon-steel plate (not stainless)
  • made in the Czech Republic
  • fully functional, suitable for re-enactment and show combat
  • finish and gauge of plate according to your choice (see above)

    Es sind gute Beinpanzer, wobei anatomische Beinschienen anatomischer sein sollten. Das sieht auf dem Bild hier besser aus. Die Form der Unterschenkelpanzer überzeugt mich in natura also nicht so recht.Die rechte Kniekachel verhakte sich mit dem Scharnier des Oberschenkelpanzers, wodurch man das Knie nicht mehr beugen kann. Ich musste also nachbiegen. Links war kein Problem. Ansonsten sehr schöne Teile mit angemessenem Preis.
