Historical bag Royse

The model for this Norman bag dates back to circa the 11th century. The Historical bag Royse is made of 2-3mm thick smooth cowhide. It is worn suspended from the belt via a wide loop. The closing of the bag is secured by a hand-hammered wrought pin. The bag's flap is decorated along its edge with ornaments based on historical sources. The front part of the bag is made of wild boar fur. Due to its appearance and feel of the period the bag is very popular with fans of living history.
