These lamellar pauldrons (shoulder armor) are designed as part of the lamellar armor (see photo of the whole set) which also consists of a lamellar cuirass and lamellar skirt. These parts are sold separately. The lamellar pauldrons can be attached to the arms with leather cords. These lamellar pauldrons are made up of small plates (lamellae) tied together with leather straps. The edge of the armor is lined with solid suede.
