Santoku meat knife 74-NH-16

The knife has a blade 165mm long, low-tipped with a bottom cut and is made of high-quality stainless steel 420 with a hardness of 53-55 HRc.
The handle is made of durable polypropylene (PP), has an ergonomic shape for a comfortable and secure grip and is roughened. This roughening and protrusions on the front and back prevent the hand from slipping and consequent injury.
The total length of the knife is 280mm.
The kitchen knife can be washed in the dishwasher.
Each production batch-batch is provided with a specific ID to monitor the high quality of production.
