These shoes are the result of a compilation of several museum specimens and reconstructions based on historical illuminations. It should be a universal medieval shoe.
The upper material of this ankle shoe is made of soft and smooth, but very durable leather. They are easy to care for and should you get scratches while using them, they can simply be treated with black shoe polish and the scratches will be retouched. You agree to have two pairs of leather cords. They can be easily attached to the foot, which is a necessary prerequisite for active participation in battles, fencing demonstrations, etc. The reinforced leather sole is attached to the upper with shoemaker's nails.
These shoes are of a very general style and go with numerous historical reconstructions of the Middle Ages in general.
The manufacturer mainly produces these shoes for the US market, so the table above shows the EU size equivalent. Shoes are worn on vacation, you will make no mistake buying one size larger than your standard size.
