    Wir sind gerade in Tschechien und wollten gern vorbeischauen, es gibt aber kein öffentliches Ladengeschäft. Ich habe aber abends gemailt, was wir gern haben wollten und gleich früh am nächsten Morgen Antwort bekommen, daß wir es abholen können. Soweit super, sehr guter Service. Das Rapier gefällt uns auch sehr gut, ein schönes Stück und gut verarbeitet. Spitz hatte ich bestellt, und spitz ist es auch. Und ich hatte "scharf" bestellt. Nun hat outfit4events hier seine eigene Definition von scharf, aber es tut mir leid, "scharf" kann man das bei aller Liebe nicht nennen. Auch bei größter Mühe wird man es nicht schaffen, sich selbst oder irgendetwas anderes damit zu schneiden. Dafür gibt's einen Punkt Abzug.

    Seems pretty well put together. Spring temper takes a flex and returns to straight. Blade is reasonably stiff and not "whippy". Point of balance is about 2cm past the guard, or 6cm past the quillons. Profile of the blade itself is pretty clean... not excellent but definitely more than adequate at this price point. My biggest complaint is the length. The advertised 92cm is already pretty short for a rapier blade, but the one I got was even shorter than that at about 88cm. If this is not a big deal for you, then add another * to this review! Overseas delivery from Europe to the USA took about 3.5 days from my order... excellent service.
