Our medieval jester costume Andre is made from genuine velvet (100% cotton). It is an original design that is inspired by the Italian fashion of the late Middle Ages. The costume is made either in standard sizes or exactly to measure and that for the same price. Wherever you go in this costume, you will be the most beautiful jester in the town!

Medieval jester costume Andre

The neck of the jester costume is decorated with triangular fringes from jester fabric with a length of approx. 25 cm. On the wrists are the fringes approx. 10cm long.

The two-color two-cornered hat has no clamps on the corners. The ham sleeves are equipped with rubber bands. The pants are loose and knees up under further cut close to the ankles. At the waist, the pants have an elastic band.

The costume consists of three parts:

  • jacket
  • pants
  • bicorn jester cap
  • shoes and other accessories are not included

This costume is amazing! Confortable, perfect for both men and women, very high quality, beautiful and realistic colours, very good tissues. Perfect for LARP, historical fairs and historical re-enactment with a medieval gothic style!

How and what materials are your daggers made from?

The daggers are approximately made as follows. The basic shape of the blade is made by a laser CNC machine. It is burned from spring steel. The semi-finished blade follows then in the groove cutter, where the cutting edge and the groove are milled. The blade is then oil-quenched and tempered to the desired hardness. Then the guard and pommel is attached to the blade tang. The tang is usually peened at the end (behind the pommel) and the cross-guard hard soldered with brass. Hardwood plates are placed under the handle wrapping from genuine cowhide so that the handle is sufficiently robust for a safe grasp. The steels surfaces obtain the desired finish in the end - with a wire brush or with a felt disc with polishing paste.
