Lion Dog Tsuba Keyring

This is a beautiful keyring which features a Lion Dog motif. The same motif can be found on the tsuba of Hanwei's Lion Dog Katana (Product No. SH2439). Chinese or Imperial guardian lions are a common representation of the lion in Asia. Statues of guardian lions have traditionally stood in front of Chinese Imperial palaces, Imperial tombs, government offices, temples, and the homes of government officials and the wealthy, and were believed to have mightly protective powers.
