Das Messer ist von schöner machart, allerdings eignet es sich nicht für den Gebrauch. Die Schneide ist zu dick und leider auch nicht richtig geschärft. HAbe versucht es selbst mit einem Schleifstein zu schärfen, musste aber feststellen, dass aufgrund der dicke der Klinge bzw. Schneide, ich leider keine nützliche Schärfe erreichen kann. Schade, ich hatte mich auf ein schönes "antikes" Essmesser gefreut, welches ich auch im Alltag hätte nutzen können.
