Men's trousers

Men's trousers

During the Renaissance, men wore clothing that exaggerated their natural stature. Sometimes it took over the armour's features. A doublet, a short, tight coat was often worn. For the more affluent layers, the use of circles was typical, which acted as a framework for the face. Of course, large fashion sleeves were important. The pants used to be of different lengths. Knee-length pants or long pants were most often worn. The padding on trousers and doublets was characteristic. For example, pants were stuffed with straw, cotton scraps or bran.
