Traditional Japanese cook's knife SASHIMI
These cook's knives from Mr. Masano belong to best knives made in traditional way available in Japan. The knife blades are of three-layer-steel and not stainless. The middle layer is of premium Japanese Stahl Shirogami 01 and the outer layers are of a little softer carbon steel. These knives are as usually not stainless. The knife clamp is of real horn.
