High boots seem to be rare in the Middle ages, but many examples can be seen in 15th century, and some others about the end of the 14th. In general, they seem to be worn mostly by noblemen and riders. We can see plenty of examples in period illuminations and sculptures. These high boots resp. riding boots are made of premium quality cow leather that is durable and comfortable to wear at the same time. The outsoles are made of thick leather.
