The most distinctive feature of olive tree wood is its pronounced grain. This wood is also particularly tough and dense, which makes it remarkably odourAnd cut-resistant.

Please keep in mind that the item we offer here is a natural product. Each piece is unique and may differ from the one pictured here, depending on its grain. Natural wood defects such as slight hairline cracks and knots are also quite possible and even common.

Care

Please just wipe the board with a damp cloth after use. It should not be submerged / left to soak in water or put in the dishwasher. It is recommended to oil the board's surface with some olive oil once in a while in order to prevent cracks and preserve the warm colour of the wood.
