Nosím tuto "čepku" pod kroužkovou kuklou na kterou pak nasazuji hrncovku ve které nemám žádné polstrování, přesto snesu i dost tvrdé zásahy do hlavy, takže doporučuju všem kteří také z nějakého důvodu nemají rádi tlusté polstrovaní, nicméně samozřejmě je jasné že tlusté polstrování více tlumí rány a také je jasné že pokud někdo nosí kroužkovou kuklu bez přilby tak tato čepice dostačovat rozhodně nebude.
