This Germanic Spatha has an approx. 47mm wide blade. The cutting edges are nearly parallel, the blade point of the sharp version is also sharpened, though its overall shape is rounded. As it was common from the migration period, the blade of this Spatha is also provided with a single broad groove on both sides of the blade.
