Quality blade with Mikov logo is made of martensitic stainless steel DIN 1.4116 (imported from Germany) with a hardness of 55 HRc and mounted in a wooden handle. The handle is perfectly ergonomic and is designed by our engineers and designers to allow comfortable operation with the knife. Thanks to precise workmanship handle with the blade perfectly fits, therefore, gives no space for dirt and germs. The blade is equipped with fittings that protect the fingers when slicing.
