Walking saber model 24/27

  • The length of the saber blade (without hilt) is 750mm, width 23mm and thickness 5mm.
  • There are no decorative elements (slogans, linden branches, etc.) on the saber blade.
  • The blade is hardened and then tempered to a hardness of 48Hrc.
  • The hilt consists of a handle with a ring, the back of the handle, a basket and a screw of the handle. is coated with stingray skin.
  • The handle is decorated with wire braided in a chain.

At the upper end, the handle is widened in the head and from the head down it is provided with ribs for a more comfortable grip. Under the last lower rib, the ring rests on the handle. The back covers the back and the handle head. The top of this saber is nickel-plated. On the side of the body, it is widened and arched, while the arched part is cut out in two places and forms two arched bands (tendrils). The basket itself tapers into a bow fastened to the end of the stem with a screw. The opposite end of the basket is rolled towards the blade and filled. The outer surface of the basket is decorated in the upper part with a stylized linden branch, in the middle of which is the middle national emblem. The remaining area of the basket is decorated on the outside with fine pearls. The inside of the basket is smooth. The screw of the handle is screwed into the back of the handle from above. The sheath is shiny nickel-plated. The sheath has the following components: a mouthpiece, an upper and lower ring and a foot. The baton is inserted into the mouth of the sheath and extends inside in two elastic springs; two wooden pulpes are inserted under these pens. Pens and pulp keep the blade in the scabbard. The upper and lower rings are attached to the sheath to attach the saber to the belt. The upper ring has an elongated eye on the inside, set obliquely upwards towards the edge of the saber. The lower ring has an oval tab at the back, built in the direction of the sheath. The foot is soldered to the lower cut end of the sheath. The above description corresponds to the standard production design. Any modifications and changes can be made to order.
