International Shipping
International orders are sent via General Parcel CZ , General Logistic Systems Germany or FedEx . Oversize and/or heavy items (full suit armors or halberds, e.g.) may require additional shipping charges. Shipping method and charge will be adjusted on all orders on knives and swords. If additional shipping charges apply, you will be contacted for verification and approval before your order is shipped. It is VERY IMPORTANT that you check your email after you place your order because your order will not be shipped if the shipping price and/or method needs to be adjusted and Outfit4events does not get an approval reply from you.
Duties And Taxes
International orders are subject to duties, taxes and customs charges. The recipient is responsible for the payment of applicable duties, taxes and other fees. Please contact your customs office for information on duties, taxes and restricted items.
How about VAT?
VAT stands for value-added tax, which is charged on most goods and services within the European Union. A 20% VAT is collected on orders dispatched to countries within the European Union. Orders sent to addresses anywhere else in the world are not subject to VAT but they may be subject to local taxes and customs charges.
What are Outfit4events conditions of the delivery?
There might be some rare situations, that Outfit4events is not able to deliver the ordered type of products, or the needed amount of products. Outfit4events reserves the rights to cancel the delivery, or to postpone it. Outfit4events evaluates the time period, required for fulfilling the delivery of the order, and informs that to customer. The customer can then choose, whether to wait for the delivery, or to cancel the order and receive the paid money back immediately.
How are the goods delivered?
All the goods are produced on orders after your payment have bee received. The expected fabrication time you should find among the product information. The goods are delivered per courier to your address within a few working days after the product has been finished. Please note: couriers usually deliver goods between 8 am - 16 pm on weekdays.
RETURN POLICY
Products may be returned within 15 days after delivery date for a refund of the product price, except special or tailored products. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
The following terms must be met by you.
- The products must be returned in new, resalable condition.
- You must pay any return shipping expense.
We recommend that you send your return via an insured carrier. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
