The Rapier with Swept Hilt Rapier is made after an european template from early 17th cen. It was the time of the Renaissance in the fencing with the rapier was a fundamental part of the education of young nobles, and often served to resolve conflicts among them. In terms of weight, size, and processing it is very close to its contemporary originals. The wooden handle is wrapped with steel wire and the elaborate Guard is made fully of steel. It comes with a matching leather scabbard with mouth and chape from steel.
