The pouch-like belt pouch was modelled on a specimen from Zurich from the 14th century. This belt pouch model was especially popular with working women. The front part is made of up to 2 mm thick beaten cowhide. The appearance of the leather's surface is very similar to the craftsmen version from the concerned period. The back part with the flap is made of up to 3.5 mm thick smooth cowhide. The flap is decorated with a simple ornament along the edge. An ornament in the shape of flower is attached to the flap with brass rivet.
Besides the colour shown in the picture Viking belt pouch Pórir is available in other colours: see the choice of colour. If you wish a version with a colour different from the photo please specify this in your order. However take into account that due to use of natural materials and mordants the colour hues of your bag may slightly differ from the hues shown in the photos.
Please note: This product is made by hand from genuine leather. This is a purely natural material. Minor differences in the colour and surface texture are its natural characteristics. These small imperfections do not decrease the value of the product. Each piece is to some extent an original.
The warranty is 2 years long and refers to material faults and faults that appear when used in a proper way. The warranty does not cover to common wear out. We recommend using swords made by the same producers for sparring swordfights. Our weapons are designed for training and theatre fencing (stage combats). Brutal and improper use (such as stabbing and knocking it into the ground, or forcing it) can damage even the best sword!
